Fantastic, kept us up to date with absolutely everything, nothing was ever too much trouble, usual correspondence was via email but phone calls if we needed a bit of reassurance.  Not sure what hours they worked but used to receive early morning emails and always very prompt with replies.

I would never use anyone else after this experience and would be requesting Jodie and Charlotte if ever I moved again.
