Katie at Hayward Moon has been great helping with our house sale. These things always seem to take longer than you’d expect, but she has made sure the buyer has got all they needed so we can complete. We found the online onboarding portal quite a faff, but I suspect this is standard these days, so it was great to have a named person to deal with when we had queries. It was really helpful for Hayward Moon to be able to deal with the sale remotely, with all requirements for ID and evidence able to be competed online, while knowing they were local to the house and estate agents at the same time.
