I joined Hayward Moon in June 2016 as a Conveyancing Assistant and am based in the Colchester Office. I work as part of a team with Lucy Barnard dealing with all aspects of residential Freehold and Leasehold conveyancing. The work that I undertake is primarily residential conveyancing which includes Sales, Purchases, Re-mortgages and Transfer of Equities. My role is predominately client based ensuring that all aspects of the transaction run smoothly and efficiently. My responsibilities include corresponding with clients and third parties wherever necessary, providing support to Lucy however possible and dealing with the daily post and emails.
When I’m not at work I can often be found enjoying the sunshine, catching up with my family and friends, or working on the refurbishment of my own property.
